do you have health fund rebates?
Yes, we do! Remedial Massage and Myotherapy both come under the codes 105 and 205 with the health funds. We recommend you check your Extras policy for details or contact your fund for clarification.
We do have HICAPS available for on-the-spot claims, but in the event that you don't have your card or it is not accepted, you will receive an email receipt to lodge with your provider for the rebate after you have paid in full.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Massage and Myotherapists both perform a full assessment prior to starting your treatment, which means you will be doing some exercises and stretching no matter who you see. You also may be on the gym floor during your treatment - so wear your workout clothes rather than a skirt or business attire. Often treatments are also performed while you are fully clothed, but this depends on what is being treated.
how can i pay for my treatment?
We accept credit/debit cards (Mastercard, VISA or Amex) and have HICAPS available for health fund claims. Unfortunately we can't accept GP referred care plans or DVA as we are not registered with Medicare. You may be able to access NDIS funding for your appointment, but we ask that your appointment is paid for at the time of the appointment and you claim back from them. We do not run accounts for individual clients.
will i get a confirmation?
Yes, we send a confirmation email when you book your appointment and an sms reminder the day before. If you did not receive these then we do not have your booking - please get in touch.
what is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things in life come up. But unfortunately as a small business, cancellations directly impact on our business. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the cost of the appointment.
