do you have health fund rebates?
Yes, Kathy does! Here is the list of funds that rebate for Remedial Massage, but be sure to contact your insurer to confirm the policy you hold entitles you to a rebate.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Tristan and Kathy both perform a full assessment prior to starting your treatment, which means you will be doing some exercises and stretching no matter who you see. You also may need to do these again during or after the treatment - so wear your workout clothes rather than a skirt or business attire.
how can i pay for my treatment?
We accept credit/debit cards (Mastercard, VISA or Amex) or direct debit if you can do that from your smart phone from the clinic. We unfortunately do not have facilities for EFTPOS.
will i get a confirmation?
Yes, we send a confirmation email when you book your appointment and an sms reminder the day before. If you did not receive these then we do not have your booking - please get in touch.
what is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things in life come up. But unfortunately as sole traders, cancellations directly impact on our business. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the cost of the appointment.

No, unfortunately Tristan is not registered with Medicare but some people can claim a rebate on their private health insurance for personal training. Check your policy.

We can accept direct debit or credit card payments.

Yes, if you did not receive an email or sms confirmation then we do not have your booking. Please get in touch.
what is your cancellation policy?
A one-off session will incur a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24hrs of the appointment. However if you are on a plan for ongoing personal training or group sessions with me, the cancellation fee structure is different - please discuss with me directly.
