This workshop will deep dive into all aspects of the deadlift, from biomechanics to the common neuromuscular dysfunctions that cause pain, as well as mobility, strength training progressions and more.
We will actively break down each step of the deadlift, and in the process expose the common technical, neuromuscular and structural faults that either end up having you plateau early or worse still - end up injuring you.
We will then work through a series of drills and exercises I commonly use in clinic on a daily basis that will help remove the neuromuscular dysfunctions and imbalances that can be problematic.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is inclusive and the information applies to you regardless of your level or ability - broomstick to 150kg! It’s your opportunity to gain the knowledge and confidence required so you can stop scaling back or creating “work arounds” because you don’t want to be restricted to deadlift variations in your training.
