If you love running but struggle with ongoing pain or injury, or you’re frustrated and losing motivation to continue training then this workshop is for you!
Running is something that seems like it should come naturally to anyone who tries it. We were designed to be able to run and our body, mind and spirit REALLY appreciate it when we do. So why do we find it so hard and at times even painful?
This workshop will help you understand your gait, with individual assessments for each person who attends. We also show you how to modify things that are going wrong so you can get over your niggles and continue to enjoy pain-free running for years to come.

What's covered on the day
- Running biomechanics: We break down the gait cycle, discuss where it can go wrong, and what you should be looking and feeling for so you know how to make changes to your gait when it doesn’t feel right.
- Gait analysis: We look at your gait and give you individual feedback so you know exactly which areas you need to work on. It’s a personalised assessment for everyone on the day!
- Running-specific strength: Strength work for runners has and always will be the unsung hero for pain-free running. A lack of strength means you can’t hold your optimum gait pattern. We will give you our favourite running specific strength exercises that will get you the most success with the least amount of gym time!
What you will receive
- Full colour booklet with all workshop content to take home.
- 30 days access to the Pain Free Fitness training app which includes all the strength exercises and protocols associated with them as discussed during the workshop and MORE!
