Yes, we treat pregnant clients!
Lots of pregnant women continue to exercise throughout pregnancy (which is awesome!), but unfortunately pain in the back, hips and pelvic girdle can still strike due to the natural changes in the body.
And yes, you can receive treatment safely from weeks 1-40 during pregnancy.
During your appointments, our therapists:
- focus on quick pain relief
- teach you ways to self-manage pain at home
- identify ways to modify movements that are causing pain
- give you a corrective exercise program on our app to keep you strong throughout your pregnancy.
