Our aim is to help active people stay active, whether they enjoy walking the dog or completing Ironman triathlons... and everything in between.
Our three 'must haves' in therapy are:
1. do a complete assessment, find the problem and communicate this to the client so they understand what their body is doing
2. treat both the symptoms for immediate relief as well as the cause for long term prevention of recurrence
3. teach the client how they can self-manage, to reduce the number of appointments they need (not increase!) to keep them moving and doing the activities they love.
