COVID-19 took it's toll on 2020 AND 2021, and undoubtedly is here to say for a long time to come. We all need to do our part to keep the infection rate under control for the sake of hospital capacity, and this is what we are doing at Pain Free Fitness to keep our clients (and ourselves) safe.
For us, these things aren't new (we have always aimed to prevent other infectious diseases such as influenza) but we are extending our precautions for this pandemic. We have undertaken the CovidSafe Infection Control Training released by the Australian Government, and been guided by our industry association and both state and national government.

In addition, we also ask that our clients are respectful of both us and our other clients. If we need to close the clinic because of infection, everybody misses out!

A note about masks
Masks are currently not mandatory in the Pain Free Fitness clinic. However, we know that some clients would like to continue wearing one considering our clinic is a high risk environment. If you arrive wearing a mask, we will also put one on for the duration of your appointment. We have a small supply of masks in the clinic - if you would like one please ask.
