- Your program (obviously!), broken easily into multiple training blocks and multiple splits/training days
- Each exercise explained via video, audio and text tutorial so you remember the important points for staying pain free.
- Record your progress on each exercise (weight, reps etc) and take notes for reference (when/where/why you got pain) for later discussion and modification if required
- Take a video of yourself as you do the exercise and immediately compare it to the video tutorial as a side-by-side display for instant feedback.
- Additional info eg ideas for different workouts, nutrition plans and other downloads if they take your fancy
- Reminders for those that need it (eg for stretching), with the ability to 'check in' to make sure you are reaching your goals.
